Borgo Lanciano Resort & Spa – Castelraimondo, Italy
At the Relais Spa Borgo Lanciano, a full wellness area was developed with hot and cold LED-lit immersion pools, a steam bath in self-supporting stainless steel, and themed spaces including a Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, and salt room. A refined mix of innovation, nature, and design creates a serene and luxurious retreat in the heart of Italy.
Hawthorn Park Apartments – Melbourne, Australia
Australia’s first Sky Pool was brought to life at Hawthorn Park—a transparent-bottom bridge pool suspended seven stories high between two residential towers. Assembled on-site with modular stainless steel panels, the structure was engineered to allow for up to 50 mm of bridge deflection while ensuring watertight integrity. The result is a spectacular fusion of engineering, design, and pure visual impact.
Hotel La Palma – Stresa, Italy
Hotel La Palma in Stresa upgraded its lakeside pool, transforming it into a modern wellness space with spectacular views over Lake Maggiore. Designed in collaboration with Cipiuelle studio, the pool features an infinity edge, hydromassage areas, and zones dedicated to family use. Elevated by one metre to prevent flooding from the lake, the structure was built with high-end technology to meet both technical and aesthetic standards. The result is a premium guest experience that adds lasting value to the hotel’s offer in a highly competitive hospitality market.
Hotel VIU Milan – Milan, Italy
Hotel VIU Milan, a luxury property in the city’s vibrant modern district, features a rooftop pool that perfectly blends design and functionality. Located on the 8th floor and offering 360° skyline views, the pool includes a black TOUCH membrane for a refined stone-effect finish, an elegantly hidden gutter, and angular steps that serve both as entry and relaxation areas. Combining visual impact and advanced technology, the installation creates a unique guest experience—relaxing by day, glamorous by night—enhancing the hotel’s position in one of Milan’s most fashionable districts.
Nhow Hotel Milan – Milan, Italy
At the heart of Milan’s fashion district, Nhow Hotel features a dramatic rooftop pool on its Vertigo Terrace—set in a former 1920s General Electric factory, now transformed into a dynamic design hub. The 28-meter infinity pool includes a transparent acrylic wall, glass sections in the floor, and shallow lounging zones, offering guests the sensation of floating above the city. Positioned on a 750 m² terrace designed by Park Associati, and surrounded by a cocktail bar, solarium, and restaurant, the pool is a standout example of how innovative design and engineering can define the identity of a hospitality space.
Porsche Design Tower – Miami, USA
The exclusive 60-story Porsche Design Tower in Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach offers 132 residences—116 of them with a private panoramic pool on the terrace. In addition to these, the building includes several shared aquatic spaces: a ground-level pool, two symmetrical spa pools on the 6th floor, and a rooftop infinity-edge pool with hydromassage. All pools are over 20 m² and feature whirlpool systems and softwalk flooring. This iconic project represents a perfect balance of innovation, comfort, and high-end design—ideally suited to meet the expectations of a luxury-oriented, discerning clientele.
SLS Brickell Hotel & Residences – Miami, USA
Eleven bespoke outdoor pools were created for the SLS Brickell Hotel & Residences, spread across the 9th and 55th floors. The rooftop spa pools offer breathtaking views of the city, while the lower level features the largest pool, stretching nearly 30 meters. Designed by Philippe Starck and adorned with murals by Markus Linnenbrink, the hotel blends art and architecture. The aquatic design enhances the hospitality experience with elegance, wellness, and a touch of Italian flair.
La Reserva Club Sotogrande – Spain
Imagine a private beach in the Andalusian hills—La Reserva Club made it real. At the heart of this exclusive destination lies a stunning sand-bottom lagoon, surrounded by loungers, gazebos, and Mediterranean charm. This project transforms an ambitious idea into an iconic aquatic space, redefining relaxation and bringing the sea inland for a truly elevated hospitality experience.
Wai Ariki Hot Springs & Spa – Rotorua, New Zealand
Set on the shores of Lake Rotorua, Wai Ariki is a tribute to Māori tradition and modern wellness. The thermal heart of the spa was shaped with herbal baths, vitality pools, saunas, and a spectacular circular hammam. Built with modular stainless steel to withstand seismic activity, this 4,400 sqm centre redefines wellness through innovation, culture, and connection to nature.
Wine Hotel San Carlo – Sondrio, Italy
On the rooftop of Wine Hotel San Carlo, a compact panoramic pool combines functional design and architectural impact. Equipped with two hydromassage areas and a heating system that maintains water at 32°C in colder months, the pool is designed for year-round use. A transparent side faces the square below, enhancing the connection between the rooftop and the landscape while maintaining safety and structural efficiency. Integrated into a solarium with 360° views over vineyards and mountains, the installation offers comfort, visual appeal, and optimized use of space in a boutique hotel context.
